Bike Shipping Policy: Most of the bikes sold on our website ship for free within the continental U.S. Bikes under $1,500 ship for $100. At this time, Transition bikes are only available for purchase in-store, except for select clearance models, which we can also ship. Transition bikes that can be purchased online and shipped are noted as such in the product description.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We also do not offer free returns on bicycles, frames, complete wheels or rims, or on forks. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping on these items.
