- Four oversized bearings in the chainstay pivots and an axle that holds everything captive (no workshop floor explosions). It doesn’t require a blind puller tool to remove bearings for service.
- Geo flip chip hardware is captive so there’s no fear of dropping small parts on the ground. To adjust, just loosen it, flip it, and retorque. It’s easy enough to do on the side of the trail with just one Allen key.
- Threads at chainstay, seatstay pivots, and shock mount are all replaceable. So if you do damage by being a ham-fisted mechanic it’s a simple fix, not a frame-damaging one.
- All 5mm Allen key broaches throughout, so it's easy to do quick bolt checks. It’s so easy to work on the bike that even the marketing people can do it (if we hide the sharp tools from them), and it requires no specialist tools.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@thepathbikeshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and issues : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. We do offer returns on sale items, but the customer will be responsible for return shipping. We also do not offer free returns on bicycles, frames, complete wheels or rims, or on forks. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping on these items.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be sent to your original payment method.
