At this time, Transition bikes are only available for purchase in-store, except for select clearance models, which we can also ship. Local Pickup: Most orders will be ready for local pickup the day the order is placed, or by the date and time you request at the time you place your order. We will notify you if there is a delay. Please select In-store Pickup in cart and enter the information in the fields provided.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. We do offer returns on sale items, but the customer will be responsible for return shipping. We also do not offer free returns on bicycles, frames, complete wheels or rims, or on forks. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping on these items.
