...practicing bike-body separation will improve your bike handling skills?

Did you know...

Bike-body separation when mountain biking.

Bike-body separation (moving your body side to side and front to back as you ride) is one of the most important skills all riders can hone to take their riding to the next level. From cornering and maneuvering around obstacles to riding bridges and tight singletrack, both fore/aft and side-to side bike-body separation help you stay balanced and in control on climbs and descents.

Liv Cycling put together a great video that includes some drills to help you practice bike-body separation. Also check out this tutorial with our friend Leigh Donovan for more tips and tricks!
