	Tani - Proprietor Bikes: Custom Chunk Rat chromo single speed, Black Market Mob, Kona Kikapu, Woodman Trials, Kona Coiler, Kona Stab, Torker Beach Cruiser Riding: single speed, all kinds of trail riding, trials, DH race, street/urban, transportation, a little dirt jumping. Tani can hang in most riding situations. Around the shop: Tani is often on the floor and the phone helping customers. He is the primary buyer. Tani likes to mix it up, and you may catch him doing any of the tasks around the shop including repairs, service writing, cleaning and trash duty or any of the multitude of tasks around the shop. Noteworthy: Tani is steadfast in his resolve to hold the business of The Path to the values that have set this store apart from the beginning. He has a lot of bikes; he rides them all and still does all of his own bike maintenance and repairs. Heard saying: “That does not look safe at all…”

	Karl ("Hoss") - General Manager Bikes: Titanium Dean Singlespeed Hardtail, Custom Duty Trials Bike, Black Market MOB, Jamis Quest, VooDoo BOKOR, Peugot P250, KTM 300 Riding: DH racing, Cross Country racing, Urban, Trials, Dirt Jumping, Freeriding and Commuting Around The Shop: Sales, Mechanic, Mentor…everything Noteworthy: The first shop employee, known as “the best mechanic in the OC.” Karl’s perfectionism has set the standard for the work that we do from the beginning. 	Brad - Service Manager Bikes: Custom Duty Trials Bike, Schwinn Cruiser Riding: Trials and Commuting Around The Shop: Head Mechanic, Sales Noteworthy: Competitive Trials rider and patriarch of the “Tuesday Night Urban Ride.” Heard Saying: “Whatever is worth doing, is worth doing well.”

	Armando ("Mondo") - Sales Manager Bikes: Ellsworth Id, Woodman Elite, Bianchi XL Ev2 (Pantani Replica), Schwinn Cruiser, KONA Smoke, Honda CR250R Riding: Trail riding, Road riding, Urban, some Dirt Jumping and Commuting. Likes to go fast. Around The Shop: Sales, Mechanic, Marketing, Web/e-Commerce Development Noteworthy: Oldest guy in the shop…has kids older than you. Heard Saying: “I’m down for whatever…” and “Cheers; here’s to…”

	Jon ("Juan Solo") - Mechanic/Sales Bikes: Planet X Jack Flash, Kona Stinky Riding: Freeride, Dirt Jump, Urban, a little commuting and a little XC/Trail riding. He goes REAL BIG. Jon was only riding for a few months before he started hitting jumps and lines that many will never even consider. Around The Shop: Jon has only worked at The Path since Aug 2005, but has been hanging at the shop and riding with the guys for years. The same determination, and commitment that help Jon shred on the bike, make him great for whatever job he is doing. Noteworthy: Jon is the kind of guy everyone likes to be around (even Brad) You will not find a nicer, more genuine or enthusiastic guy. 	Raul - Staff member, Interpreter Bikes: VooDoo BOKOR, KONA Bear, Huffy cruiser with Thomson stem and Mary bar Riding: Trail riding, some urban, some commuting and some DH racing Around The Shop: You name it, Chivo can do it. 	Galen - Staff member We lost Galen in June of this year. He was a great young man and good friend to us all. Our thoughts and best wishes go out to his family. He will be sorely missed.
