First up is the top-of-the-line 2018 Scott Spark RC 900 SL. This cross-country full suspension 100mm travel bike is ready to race, and has a long line of success behind it. The carbon frame with rear shock weighs in at less than 1800 grams, making this the lightest Spark ever made.
Second in line is the 2018 Scott Spark RC 900 World Cup. Build highlights include a Rock Shox SID RLC fork paired with a custom FOX NUDE 3-mode rear shock via Scott's TwinLoc Suspension System, SRAM X01 Eagle 12-speed drivetrain, and SRAM Level disc brakes.
Next is the 2018 Scott Spark RC 900 Pro. The Pro build includes a SRAM Eagle drivetrain and Level brakes.
The 2018 Kona Process 165 bridges the gap between the Process 153 and the World Cup-proven Operator. Expect to see Kona freeride pro Graham Agassiz riding the new Process 165 quite often. This 165mm travel bike is more focused on the descents but climbs surprisingly well for a long-travel platform. The bike has a slightly shorter reach (like the 26-inch Operator), great for park riding. The suspension design is progressive and purpose-built for use with a coil shock.
With a great suspension and drivetrain package, this Kona Process is built to last.
PROCESS 165 SPECS:
The 2018 Rocky Mountain Instinct series offers confident and stable handling, perfect for long days in the saddle. NEW FOR 2018: the all new Instinct is now available in both carbon and alloy models. The rear travel is now increased to 140mm, more efficient pedalling, and better small-bump sensitivity.
Pictured is the 2018 Rocky Mountain Instinct Carbon 70 in orange/green, size large. MSRP is $4899. Black/turquoise is another color option for this model.
INSTINCT 70 BUILD SPECS:
With this new G2 design, the Kona Process features an updated suspension design with improved pedaling performance, larger bearings for improved stiffness, and an all-new carbon or aluminum frame. The Process now has climbing capabilities that you'd expect to find in a shorter-travel bikes. Better pedaling efficiency with NO switches to flip, and still a beast on the descents.
