The Path Bike Shop annual Bikes and Beers Ride, circa 2013It's the most popular annual shop event of the year...

Bikes and Beers 2016

  • WHAT: An annual tradition of mountain bike riding and socializing for all ages!
  • WHEN: Sunday, May 29th - meet at 8:15AM, rolling out at 9AM
  • WHERE: The Path Bike Shop Tustin - 215 W. 1st Street, Tustin, CA

Rough agenda: Meet at The Path Bike Shop Tustin parking lot at 8:15AM for coffee and snacks. We’ll rally in the parking lot until 9AM, and then ride a loop through Peter's Canyon and Santiago Oaks. The ride officially ends at the Tustin Brewing Company, where they will be offering special deals on beer and pizza for ride participants.

Kids are welcome, there are plenty of bail-out options to keep the ride short. Talk to a staff member beforehand for a suggested route.

Note: It is recommended that you ride your bike to this event; however, if you are driving, it is a good idea to leave your car with a change of clothes at or near the parking lot of The Tustin Brewing Company before the ride.

Disclaimer: The Path Bike Shop, its ownership, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for you on this ride. This is a casual event. There will be no official ride leaders or course marshals. The course is not marked, nor is it specific. There are many variations, and some people will do extra loops. If you do not know the area, ride with someone who does. If you need to be introduced to someone who knows the area, and/or who will be riding at your level, just let us know.

For all rides, please come prepared and with the following items: Helmet, tools and spare tubes, appropriate riding attire, water, and light (seasonal, when needed).

***All rides are WEATHER PERMITTING***  Be sure to check back for any last minute ride changes or cancellations due to weather conditions.

*If you are interested in taking out one of our demo bikes, be sure to make all rental arrangements AT LEAST the DAY BEFORE a ride, since the shop may not be open before the ride, and to guarantee you will get the bike you want!
